  • When will I receive my order?
    All orders will be send out same day or next day after the bank payment clearance.
  • My watch has been lost or stolen?
    Please contact us directly, however before doing so please check your order on the site when delivered by the courier to check for any damages or stolen product. Filling the complaint form provided by the haulier also needs to be signed by the delivery courier, as a proof for further matter solution.
  • My watch is not working?
    Please make sure when receiving the watch, to check for any outer damages of the box that might be a reason for mechanical issues. Complaint form needs also to be filled in and signed by the haulier to be able to resolve the issue positively.
  • How can I contact you?
    All our contact details are placed in the Contact button on the main page. Feel free if having any questions or concerns. We can also arrange a Video Call for providing any quotations or watch presentations.
  • How long will it take to have my watch serviced?
    Watch service is a very precise type of a proces in which every piece is taken care of and checked individually for any problems that cause malfunction. This is why the service is a none rush process and usually takes quite a time. After service and all the checks up, we will be able to return the piece having sure it will work as it should be.
  • How much cost a service and watch polishing?
    All pricing regarding service and polishing are quoted individually. To be able to provide you with the exact quote, please contact us and give all the necessary information of what service is required. Then we will provide you with the estimate pricing. Please bear in mind if additional costs would occur, we will inform you in advance.
  • Are my private details shared or stored?
    As per law all our customers details, privacy accounts are not shared with third parties. There are only for business accounts purposes only.
