STORE POLICY

- Customer is obliged to check the package on site when collected from the courier and in case of any outer box damages , should fill a complaint form provided and signed by the courier.

- We send all our parcels safely to prevent from any damages that my occur while carrying by the haulier

- all complaints related to a watch mechanical issues occurred through transportation or an actual product missing in the package, will only be considered if a customer provide us with a signed complaint form by the courier stating the issue at the time of a parcel being delivered

- products should be packed safely, same as being sent out to the customer , because if being returned damaged, return will not be accepted

- all complaints take no longer than 7 days from the date being collected

- in case of positive complaint solution, funds will be transferred to the customer by bank transfer within 14 days.

- By Law a customer is entitled to return the product within 14 days from the date the product has been purchased without providing any reason. This only be considered if the product will have no sign of use, intact, with no outer and mechanical damage. An item also needs  to be send out in the same package, safely stored and with all the documentation, receipts and papers that have been delivered at the time of a purchase. Missing documentation or damage will negatively be considered and return will not be accepted. In case if a piece and all the documents will be returned intact, a customer will receive a refund within 14 days.
